Our first outing in a caravan for possibly 15 years. The park was basic but very clean and tidy. The attitude of the two staff at reception was excellent and they deserve recognition for the friendly attitude.

Thanks again for such a fabulous weekend for our second Club rally at Ferry Reserve Holiday Park. We were very impressed with the new amenities block and the fact that your roadways were vacuum cleaned!! Yes, we actually saw that in operation and spoke to the employee operating the gear. Wow, we had never seen that before!! We shall definitely be back again within the next 12 months.

Last weekend we had the good fortune to stay at your Holiday Park. We were in a caravan, and our spot was 21P. We just wanted to say thanks for a lovely long weekend. You are most hospitable, and so are your staff. Your cleaning crew are terrific, and we have never seen BBQ are so shiny clean in years. Same goes for the amenities. Even though we had inclement weather, you can bet we will be back!!

We thought the position of the camp was great. The cabin was beautifully presented – the best set up that we have encountered. Fully stocked with very nice crockery, glassware, etc. Warm, bed comfy, décor superb.

We have been coming to the Ferry Reserve HP for our holidays at least once (and often twice) a year for approximately 18 years. Why do we keep coming back? There are number of reasons.
Because this is a family friendly park set in a peaceful location along the banks of the Brunswick River. The amenities are good and the park is clean and well maintained. The Mangers are excellent. They go out of their way to assist their customer and to make you feel welcome. As busy as they may be they always take time to say hello, or to wave and give you a smile.
All in all, this goes towards making the holiday experience at Ferry Reserve just that little bit better and happier event. And occasionally we even catch a feed of fish. What more could you ask for in a holiday destination?

Brought my parents in their van with us this time. It was great to come back (our second visit) and find the park at the same standard as on previous visit. Lots of dogs welcomed to the park (almost one per site) but park was still so quiet. Great to feel so welcome even though you have a dog.
