We thought the position of the camp was great. The cabin was beautifully presented - the best set up that we have encountered. Fully stocked with very nice crockery, warm and bed comfy.

We have been coming to Ferry Reserve for our holidays at least once a year (and often twice) for approximately 18 years. Why do we keep coming back? There are a number of reasons...
Because this is a family friendly park set in s peaceful location along the banks of the Brunswick River. The amenities are good and the park is clean and well maintained.
The managers are excellent. They go out of their way to assist their customers and to make you feel welcome. As busy as they may be, they always take the time to say hello, or to wave and give you a smile.
All in all, this goes towards making the holiday experience at Ferry Reserve just that little bit better and a happier event.
And occasionally we may even catch a feed of fish. What more could you ask for in a holiday destination?

Hi Jo and Steve,
On behalf of the Jayco Owners Club of Northern NSW, I would like to thank you for having us last weekend.
Everyone agreed that it was a great spot and a great park and we would like to come back again some time in the future.
We had members from Brisbane, Casino and Coffs Harbour which made it good for everyone.

Caravan Park Joy - Byron Shire Echo Volume 24 # 20
We recently spent two weeks in your beautiful shire staying at Ferry Reserve Caravan Park. The management and staff were simply wonderful. We hadn't seen our children and in-laws for a long time (living so far away from everyone) and we wanted to all be sited close together and also near the river as we dont see much water in our river in Mt Isa. Everything was done by Jo Gilooly by the net and she was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble and she had all of our tent sites etc. grouped together and gave us full use of the camp kitchen for our big day when the local relatives came to visit.
We have never has such an enjoyable stay in any of the parks we have encountered and if word of mouth is the best advertisement than we will definately be 'mouthing off' about the great way we were treated and the terrific staff that Ferry Reserve has to offer. From the man who waited patiently to clean the camp kitchen while us women finished out after-brekkie coffee and chat, to the ladies who kept the amenities spotless and cleaned the cabins, to management who organized everything, a very big thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Last weekend we had the good fortune to stay at your Holiday Park. We were in a caravan, and our spot was 21P. We just wanted to say thanks for the lovely weekend. You are most hospitable, and so are your staff. Your cleaning crew are terrific, and we have never seen a BBQ area so shiny and clean in years. Same goes for the amenities. Even though we have inclement weather, you can bet we will be back!!

Hi guys,
Thought that someone should tell you that we are all very lucky at the Ferry Reserve to have such great, caring managers.
Both of you go way beyond your care of duty, finding a fair and just resolution to our problems.
So many times you have resolved these problems, too many to relate. A recent example in relation to Col, how many busy managers would drive a resident to and fro to visit their sick wife?
You need this recognition, sorry it sounds so soppy, but its true.
Lyn and Ted
